This wonderful cookbook was devised from my many different recipes which I have trialled over the years. All the recipes are influenced by all the wonderful
cuisine's available to us. And how lucky we are that all the ingredients are accessible and available to us in organic form.
The recipes are designed to make it easy for you.
I pride myself on easy cooking, nothing that will add to your busy lives.
They are recipes with lots of colour and flavours and scents and you will love putting them together.They are recipes that will fill your home with a delicious scent of aromas- lingering for days.
They are recipes which will extend you from your regular, basic dishes which will add a lot more spice to your life and the best thing- they are yummy and good for you.
Each recipe is assigned to a specific benefit. But the recipes are good for all. Each ingredient is listed and its benefit to your body is written about.
So you will prepare the meal and while it is cooking you can read about each of the ingredient and how it will benefit your body when it is ingested.
I have also added my own personal notes and tips about each recipe. This book includes recipes good for young and old. Believe you me, even the fussiest eater will
enjoy all these recipes. And the most limited person will extend themselves in trying these wonderful new yummy dishes.
Enjoy the journey of cooking these for your loved ones. I surely do every time I follow these recipes. But more so enjoy the health benefits that come from these
wonderful recipes. You will be healed just by reading this and opening your mind to a different way of eating and food combining.
