A Basic Run-Down of Your Days at YERA HEALTH RETREAT -
CHECK IN-
On Arrival, you have a Full Consultation and Treatment by Rob Lobosco. This includes Diet Therapy, and Rob
will look at your diet and make changes according tot he way you present. Massage, Acupuncture, Cupping, is administered. You will receive and start your 7-Day Herbal
Detox.
You will also have a Full Consultation and treatment by Rob Lobosco on Check out and your follow - up herbs
suggested.
- Rise, have breakfast and take herbs
- Walk to back beach. Followed by qi gong and yoga in the sacred caves at the Back Beach of Rye- 16th Beach- overlooking
the Bass Strait - Back for Hydrotherapy
- Lunch
- Full body treatments
- Afternoon session at 4 or 5 pm- Pilates or Yoga or Guided Meditation
- Dinner and some choose to do a gentle walk/meditation after dinner. A Guided Meditation is done on some of the
days.
