FAQ's

Do I need to bring any towels or linen?
No. Everything is supplied as far as bedding and towels, including beach towels.

Is someone at the retreat all the time?

YES- During your Live - In Detox/Bootcamp/Yoga/Fertility Retreats.

Who does the cooking?

PLEASE NOTE ALL YOUR FOOD IS SUPPLIED IF YOU ARE DOING A DETOX/YOGA/BOOTCAMP RETREAT or if you request meals for your OVERNIGHT OR WEEKEND SPECIAL PACKAGE.

If you do not require meals during your Overnight or Weekend stay;

You may do your own cooking at the retreat. There is no in house chef. There are lots of fresh fruit and vegetable suppliers nearby and of course the markets are fantastic to buy all your foods. There are many shops on the foreshore of Rye, including a shopping centre. Have fun cooking... this is a time for you to enjoy preparing the food that will nurture you and heal you during your time away. If you need any help with diets or a Dietotherapy consultation (diet plan for specific ailments and illness) this can be organised for you.

Do I have to follow a strict diet?

IF YOU ARE DOING THE DETOX/YOGA/BOOTCAMP RETREAT, YES. IF NOT;

Not at all. In the manual there are recommended foods you should eat and herbs to take so that you can benefit from your stay at Yera health retreat. I would recommend doing so for your physical and emotional well-being.

Is the retreat wheel chair accessible?
No. There a a few small steps to get into the house. Anyone in a wheelchair will have to be lifted up the few stairs.

Do I have to have something wrong with me, like an illness, to visit the retreat?
No. The retreat is open to anybody interested in bettering their health or taking time out to learn about ways to improve their health.

Is there a phone and TV?
No and no. These stimuli interfere with the body to relax and recuperate.
